1. When should I expect to receive my order?
Our products are made to order and may take up to 7-14 business days to process before they ship (although, most orders ship on average, within 5-7 business days). Orders are shipped via USPS from Chesapeake, Va. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information included. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund for lost packages, stolen packages, or packages still in transit. We kindly ask for your understanding that once packages have been accepted by the carrier, delivery is out of our control.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards via our secure payment processing system.
3. Can I cancel/modify my order?
Production on all orders begins once the payment/confirmation has been received, therefore at this time we are not able to cancel/refund orders after they have been placed.
4. My package shows delivered, but I did not receive it. Do you replace lost or missing packages?
Unfortunately, if orders are marked as delivered, we are unable to send a replacement package. Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. We recommend contacting the post office and providing your tracking information for further assistance with lost or missing packages.

5. Do you offer returns, refunds, or exchanges?
Birdie & Co is an intimate boutique that operates in a tailor-made shopping experience. All of our apparel items are made to order by hand as orders are received. Therefore, at this time we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order please do not hesitate to contact us.
6. Do you offer discounts or ever have sales?
Yes! We love to spoil our customers and try to run sales frequently.
7. I forgot to enter my discount code.
No worries, we offer "Automatic Discounts" on all of our sale items. No codes to remember.
